He has headed more than 400 JV’s, Strategic Tie-Ups & Associations, M & A Assignments, Private Equity & Venture Capital Deals, Corporate Finance Deals, Project Finance & Syndication, Equity Capital Markets (ECM) & Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Structuring & Fund Raising Assignments (Equity, Debt, Bonds), Sponsorship & Agency Agreements, Investment Management & Research, Feasibility & Consulting Assignments, Market Entry & Marketing Strategies, Bidding & Tendering process, IT & Telecom Consulting & Business Analytics Assignments, Start ups & Franchise Consulting etc. and worked in various sectors like BFSI, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Power, Real Estate, IT & Telecom, Pharma, Education, Hospitals etc. with a total transaction value of more than 700 Million Dollars.
He holds an MBA in Finance, a PGDFERM (Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Engineering and Risk Management), and a CIPA (Certified Investment Professional of Australia) qualification.
